A live stream of the UK Environmental Law Association’s Annual Garner Lecture is being hosted by the School of Law, Criminology and Government for the third year. It is an opportunity to see the lecture via a live stream from the London venue and to network over drinks and canapes afterwards.

The lecture, entitled 'The role of law in ensuring that our built environment protects and enhances our natural environment' will be given by Julie Hirigoyen, CEO of the UK Green Building Council. 

The lecture will be chaired by Maria Adebowale-Schwarte, Director of Living Space Project and UKELA Patron.

Professor Jack Garner was a leading environmental lawyer and one of UKELA's founder members. He is remembered every year at the Garner Lecture, which is one of the leading events in the Environmental Law calendar.
