The Meditation Society would like to invite University of Plymouth students and staff to their guest speaker event.

John Danvers will give a talk with the title 'The Purpose and Practice of Mindful Meditation: Why do we sit?'. John is an artist, writer and teacher. He began practising meditation in the Soto Zen Buddhist tradition in 1965.

This event is open to University students and staff who are non members of the Meditation Society. Light refreshments will be provided. 

As there is limited seating (the maximum seating capacity is 40 people), please register your free place via the above link as soon as possible.
