The Gardens Trust Conference will combine lectures, panel discussions plus visits in and around Plymouth to Drake's Place Gardens, Mount Edgcumbe, Saltram, Devonport Park, Plymouth Hoe, Ford Park Cemetery and Endsleigh.

The conference will explore 18th century landscapes developed on earlier gardens, a Victorian public park, memorial and 20th century civic spaces. It will discuss themes and challenges faced by professionals, custodians and managers working in such historic landscapes.

How can conservation be balanced with ensuring landscapes are sustainable and relevant in the 21st century?

View the conference website for the latest information on the talks, visits and to book your place, or contact teresaforey@thegardenstrust.org for any queries.
