At this meeting Margaret Harding (FMSP) will start a session looking at developing reasoning and proof with a specific focus on Calculus and Trigonometry, but please bring your own ideas and resources to share.
These questions will be considered:
- What proofs are required for calculus and trigonometry?
- What are the implications for planning, teaching and development?
- How can we help students improve their reasoning skills?
This session is free thanks to funding from the FMSP. Light refreshments will be provided.
For more information please contact Margaret Harding (firstname.lastname@example.org).
For planning purposes, please confirm your attendance via this Google form by Tuesday 1 May.
