The University of Plymouth's Student Jobs Service in partnership with UPSU: Volunteering are hosting a variety of local and national employers, who are promoting their summer work experience, part-time and voluntary opportunities.

This event, supported by Santander Universities UK, will welcome over 50 exhibitors on the day, all of whom are all hoping to employ or give volunteering opportunities to University of Plymouth students.

Are you a student looking to build your employability skills during the summer vacation? Then why not visit the 2018 Summer Opportunities Fair? Come along and meet local and national employers at the fair on 21 March (11.00 - 15.00).

Scan-in to win

Bring your student card along to the part-time jobs fair and have it scanned by a member of the Careers & Employability Service or a Student Ambassador, to be entered into our prize draw for your chance to win some fantastic prizes, donated by today's exhibitors.

Terms and conditions

  • Only one entry per person - the card scanners will reject duplicate card numbers, therefore if your card is scanned more than once, only one entry will be included into the draw.
  • Student numbers and prizes will be drawn and allocated at random. Winners will be notified via their student email account no later than Friday 26 October 2018.

Please be aware that some of the University of Plymouth's public events may be attended by University photographers and videographers, for capturing content to be used in University online and offline marketing and promotional materials, for example webpages, brochures or leaflets. If for whatever reason, you or a member of your group, do not wish to be photographed, please make yourself known to staff working at the event on arrival or to the photographer.
