Join us for a summer of fun at Poole farm!
Start the day with a farm tour to explore the grounds and meet the animals. This will be followed by lunch in our forest school area or the new beaver lookout if the weather isn't good. You're then invited to spend the afternoon trying your hand at wild baking or completing our terrific treasure hunt!
This event would normally cost £5 per child and £10 per adult but is being funded by Green Minds, so will now be free!
  • Treasure hunt dates – 27 July, 3 August, 10 August, 17 August, 24 August
  • Wild baking dates – 28 July, 4 August, 11 August, 18 August, 25 August
Visit the Eventbrite web page for full details or contact Poole Farm (derrifordcp.cp@plymouth.gov.uk / 07500 075719) for further information.

About Green Minds

Green Minds is an Urban Innovative Actions (UIC) funded project which aims to better connect people to green and blue spaces within and around the city of Plymouth.
This innovative project is led by Plymouth City Council’s Strategic Planning and Infrastructure Department in collaboration with a range of local stakeholders including the University of Plymouth, Real Ideas, Arts University Plymouth, Devon Wildlife Trust, The Data Place and the National Trust. The project aims to improve the quality and condition of green and blue infrastructure. It also aims to positively enhance people’s interaction and involvement in these spaces, recognising that spending time in green and blue spaces has positive health and wellbeing benefits.
