Obi Ukoumunne is a Medical Statistician in the University of Exeter College of Medicine and Health, based at St Luke’s campus. He provides statistical support for the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Applied Research Collaboration (ARC) South West Peninsula.

His main area of expertise is the design and analysis of cluster randomised controlled trials where entire clusters of individuals (e.g., general practices, schools), rather than individuals themselves, are allocated to the intervention and control groups.

In this online seminar, Obi will discuss the statistical aspects of the “STARS” cluster randomised controlled trial of the Teacher Classroom Management programme for improving the mental health and behaviour of pupils in schools.

This seminar is open to all and no booking is required. Please attend using the Zoom link: or contact for any queries.
