This free workshop for Plymouth University students (in particular, those from Plymouth Business School) is run as part of the Enterprise BETA Programme by the Futures Entrepreneurship Centre.

Rem Noormohamed is a partner at Michelmores LLP, a leading UK national law firm. Rem heads up the Technology, Media and Communications ("TMC") team and the Intellectual Property ("IP") team. He is nationally recognised as a leading expert in his field. Rem advises national and multinational end user and supply chain clients in the TMC, financial services, retail, food and drink, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, central and local government, education, health and emergency service sectors on strategic and operational matters. 

His expertise includes large scale and complex IT, telecoms (fixed, wireless and superfast broadband) infrastructure, business transformation projects; ICT managed service contracts; software licensing and distribution. Rem is also highly experienced in data protection; information security; all aspects of IP including protection, exploitation, revenue generation, spin outs; EU public procurement, state aid and competition law.
