Following on from the success of last year, the School of Health Professions Research Conference is being held at the Peninsula Allied Health Centre this month.
The conference promotes the undergraduate and postgraduate student research in the school and is open to all. Presentations reflect the wide range of disciplines within the school making it a very varied day with many different research methods and methodologies being showcased. This is an excellent way of developing participants' clinical research skills.
- “Evidence-based practice: Continuing to engage with research after qualifying” by Professor Jon Marsden
- “Being an early career researcher” by Dr Anna Hatton, a UK trained physiotherapist now working in Australia
The keynote lectures will be particularly useful for those who are interested in a future clinical research career.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm attendance.
Lunch and platform / poster prizes will be available.
