Pranayama Yoga for staff is coming to the Pastoral and Spiritual Support Centre in the New Year!
The sessions will be run by Mamata Dhakal, an Associate Lecturer with Plymouth Business School who says:
"Pranayama is basically to do with the control and regulation of ones breathing, which in turn helps in managing anxiety and developing well-being."
First
meeting is on Thursday 20 February, 17:00-18:00 in the upstairs room at the Pastoral and Spiritual Support Centre (1 Kirkby
Terrace) so save the date!
