Learn to live and thrive in the age of anxiety. 

This talk will explain all you need to know about anxiety and how it works. You will learn what you need to do to manage it and what you need to do to escape the grip of panic attacks.

This is a friendly, informative talk with handouts to take away. You will not be asked to talk about yourself or your anxieties.
