Celebrate Plymouth's Wonder Women in STEM with the National Marine Aquarium.

Enjoy talks showcasing the greatest achievements of women in Plymouth pursuing careers in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths and meet the NMA's science communicators by the shark tank!

Guest speakers

  • Chloe Smithers and Noelia Zorrilla – Earth Observation scientists at ARGANS
  • Cordelia Roberts – University of Plymouth PhD student looking at the functional biology and ecology of aquatic fungi
  • Tarin Chance – Computer gaming technology engineer and computer programmer
  • Mahasweta Saha – Senior scientist and a chemical ecologist at Plymouth Marine Laboratory
This event is suitable for 14+. Doors open at 18:00 and talks begin at 18:30.
