The Green Minds Partnership invites you to join our celebratory conference to showcase our success, learning and legacy as the project reaches its conclusion.
Over the last four years we have been piloting innovative nature-based solutions across the city, developing urban rewilding practice and principles, and working cross sector to ensure nature becomes a key stakeholder in our decision making and problem solving.
Together with a great list of speakers and participants, we will be exploring the Green Minds themes:
  • Principles and approaches to urban rewilding
  • Nature connectedness as a tool for place making
  • Co-stewardship and the role of social enterprise
  • Arts, culture and digital infrastructure to support nature-based solutions.
The event is aimed at people who are interested in and committed to nature-based solutions for challenges we’re facing. We aspire to reach a broad range of people, from decision makers to school children and social enterprises to community groups.
Visit the Eventbrite webpage for full details and to book for this free event. Please note that places are limited so booking is essential.

About Green Minds

Green Minds is an Urban Innovative Actions (UIC) funded project which aims to better connect people to green and blue spaces within and around the city of Plymouth.
This innovative project is led by Plymouth City Council’s Strategic Planning and Infrastructure Department in collaboration with a range of local stakeholders including the University of Plymouth, Real Ideas, Arts University Plymouth, Devon Wildlife Trust, The Data Place and the National Trust. The project aims to improve the quality and condition of green and blue infrastructure. It also aims to positively enhance people’s interaction and involvement in these spaces, recognising that spending time in green and blue spaces has positive health and wellbeing benefits.
