We can all feel low at times and don’t always know how to cope.

The Mood Boost course is all about learning new skills and tools which you can use to feel better, happier, more relaxed and confident and less sad, irritated or worried.

This course runs over four weekly sessions and encourages you to try new tools and put them into practice so that you make a start on building new mood boost habits.

You will need to commit to attending all four sessions on the following Mondays between 11:00-12:30: 6, 13, 20 and 27 February. This theory-based group will be facilitated by Rachael Foote (Mental Health Advisor) and Hannah Densham (Student Wellbeing Officer).

Additional sessions

Due to popularity, we have another four sessions on the following Tuesdays between 11:30-13:00: 7, 14, 21 and 28 March. This theory-based group will be facilitated by Marina McEwan and Hannah Densham (Student Wellbeing Officers). To book a place, please call or drop in to the Learning Gateway or email studentcounselling@plymouth.ac.uk.
