Do you get caught up in trains of endless thought?

Mindfulness helps us pay attention to our experience right now, and can reduce our stress and anxiety. 

This six-week group offers the opportunity to experience and develop a range of practices which can be a real resource for life.

This group will run on Wednesday afternoons at 13:00-15:00 for six consecutive weeks.

You will need to book for this group as there are limited places and we will ask you to commit to attending regularly.
