Do you get caught up in trains of endless thought?

Mindfulness helps us pay attention to our experience right now, and can reduce our stress and anxiety. 

This six-week group offers the opportunity to experience and develop a range of practices which can be a real resource for life.

The group will run on Tuesday afternoons for six consecutive weeks.

You will need to book for this group as there are limited places. We strongly recommend you attend one of the drop-in sessions as a taster.
