This group offers the opportunity to experience and develop a range of practices which can be a real resource for life.
You will need to book for this group as there are limited places and we strongly recommend you attend one of the drop-in sessions as a taster. In order for you to benefit from the course we will ask you to commit to attending each session and doing some practice at home.
Each session takes place from 13:00-15:00.
