Do you get caught up in trains of endless thought?

Mindfulness helps us pay attention to our experience right now, and can reduce our stress and anxiety.

This group offers the opportunity to experience and develop a range of practices which can be a real resource for life.

You will need to book for this group as there are limited places and we strongly recommend you attend one of the drop-in sessions as a taster. In order for you to benefit from the course we will ask you to commit to attending each session and doing some practice at home.

Each session takes place from 13:00-15:00.

For more information email Rosalind Ramage OR just come along to one of the Wednesday drop-in sessions in the Multi-Faith Chaplaincy where you can also sign up for the group.
