Feeling overwhelmed?  

Join one of our lunchtime sessions and de-stress with mindfulness practice. The online session will be held by the University's Mental Health Team and is open to all University of Plymouth students.

Upon registering via Eventbrite* students will receive a Zoom link via email so they can attend.
