Following on from our successful away day last year, the Marine Institute is organising another day for our early career researchers. The day will focus on developing your career as a researcher, providing practical tips and tools for making your research life easier, and making the most of your time at Plymouth University.
Barefoot Thinking will be leading an innovation workshop to provide you with tools to facilitate creative thinking, idea development and getting ideas into action. They have years of experience in working with scientists, researchers and sustainability professionals on bespoke courses.
The away day is open to all Plymouth University postdoctoral researchers, research assistants and final year PhD students with a research interest in the marine environment. This is a chance to meet other early career researchers from across the University and develop new and exciting collaborations. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
