All of us experience stress and anxiety from time to time.
For some of us our stress and anxiety levels are more constant and can get in the way of healthy day to day functioning. Coming to a group can be anxiety provoking in itself. Hence we are offering a regular space where you can come and hear in ‘lecture style’ effective ways to manage your levels of stress and anxiety.
There will be no requirement for you to speak in this setting. Rather it is passing on some tried and tested strategies to take with you and practice in your day-to-day life.
These are lecture style group sessions and will run fortnightly on a Wednesday from 13:30-14:30.
