The NIHR CLAHRC South West Peninsula (also known as PenCLAHRC) is the National Institute of Health Research's (NIHR) Collaboration for Leadership in Applied Health Research and Care (CLAHRC) for the South West Peninsula, and is a partnership between the University of Plymouth, the University of Exeter and NHS organisations across Devon, Cornwall and Somerset. It was first established in 2008 and is funded from the NIHR until December 2018. PenCLAHRC is part of a national network of 13 NIHR-funded CLAHRCs.
