Students often come to us with concerns about their friends and peers.
This workshop, developed by Student Minds, will give you the necessary tips and tools to support a friend in need: spotting the signs that your friend is struggling, how to start a conversation and support them and when to signpost for further help - as well as looking after yourself in the process.

- In person sessions: 1 February, 17 February, 30 March | These will be hosted on the main campus and you will receive an email 24 hours before the session to advise the location.
- Online sessions via Zoom: 18 March, 25 March, 14 April, 29 April | The Zoom link and password will be emailed to everyone signed up shortly before each session.
