Plymouth Institute of Education is delighted to welcome you to its next Outdoor and Experiential Learning Research Network seminar.

This seminar will discuss the emerging field of place-based education and recent experiences through the Erasmus + Exchange Programme of an Expeditionary Learning programme in the Bavarian Alps.

Alun Morgan took up the post of Lecturer in Science Education at Plymouth University in 2014. His work focuses on the interface between geography and science education, environmental education and education for sustainability and global citizenship. He is particularly interested in working across the formal-informal learning sectors, outdoor education and in the sphere of community outreach.

This is a free event and there is no need to book. Please feel free to bring your lunch with you.
