Is your smile your best accessory? Could you help others be proud of their smile? Come and get a practical insight into the world of dentistry!

This is an exciting opportunity to experience what it is like to be a dental student for the day at Plymouth University main campus as you get 'hands on' in our state-of-the-art Simulated Dental Learning Environment (SDLE) and Life Sciences Resource Centre (LSRC).

You will get to take part in an 'Enquiry Based Learning' session investigating a case study and use this knowledge as you experience working on one of our simulated patient models 'Bob'.

You will be able to gain an insight into the world of dentistry as a career choice from academic staff, students and dental professionals. You will also be able to explore how oral health and dental wellbeing impacts upon our general health and how you, as a dental ambassador, can have a positive effect on others.
