The University Multi-faith Chaplaincy is delighted to host two events as part of Inter-faith week to which everyone is welcome.

Thursday 19 November (1pm-1.45pm - venue: Chaplaincy) - Open Quaker Meeting

Quaker meetings are characterised by quiet contemplation and are mostly in silence with occasional observations from those present as they are inspired – but often a whole meeting will take place in silence. This is a wonderful opportunity to experience a different style of worship. Everyone and anyone is welcome.

Friday 20 November (7.30pm - venue: Jill Craigie Cinema) - Film screening 'To Light a Candle'

The film highlights the plight of the Baha’i community in Iran (the country where the Baha’i faith originated) and their difficulties in receiving education. All are welcome and entry is free.

Please contact the University Multi-faith Chaplaincy for further information on either of these events (tel: 01752 587760 / email
