This talk by Julián Grigera will introduce current research undertaken at the LIFIA Computing Research Lab, UNLP. 

The presentation will focus on LIFIA’s expertise areas and their involvement in the EU Horizon 2020 RISE project, RUCAPS (Enhancing and implementing knowledge based ICT solutions within high Risk and Uncertain Conditions for Agriculture Production Systems), in particular to provide ICT and knowledge-based support for decision-making process in agricultural value chains. Specific research topics include: Web Augmentation, automated Usability Improvement, Recommendation Systems and Decision Support Systems (DSS).

Organised by the iSPER Product and Service Value Chain Innovation through Advanced Technologies (ProSerV) research group, this seminar is aimed at Plymouth University academic staff and postgraduate research students.
