Plymouth Sound Freediving are really excited to have Jim Lawless, Britain's first 100 metre freediver, coming to give a talk on his experiences of learning to freedive!

Jim is an incredible freediver and an elite team coach who has advised companies globally on creating cultural change and elite teams. He has designed and implemented successful change programmes in companies including Apple, Barclaycard, Atos, Axa, BT, Aramark, Skrill Group and Badminton England.

He insists on testing his principles on himself before advising others, using 'Taming Tigers' to become Britain’s deepest freediver. He is the first Briton to dive below the magic 100 metre barrier on a single breath of air.

All are welcome to attend this talk. The University's Marine Science and Marine Biology Societies will be collecting for the Marine Conservation Society charity at the door.

Contact Plymouth Sound Freediving for further information.
