The Estuarine and Coastal Sciences Association (ECSA) is an international organisation dedicated to the promotion and advancement of multidisciplinary research into all aspects of estuaries and coasts, and the application of science and technology for their sustainable environmental management.
This meeting, originally scheduled for spring 2020, will now be held as a one day online event. The event includes speakers from the University of Plymouth:
- Release of metal contaminated sediments from a disintegrating estuarine impoundment: River Plym | Dr Gillian Glegg, Associate Head of School (Marine Science), School of Biological and Marine Sciences
- Atmospheric trace metal and nutrient deposition in temperate shelf seas: impacts of natural and anthropogenic fluxes | Dr Simon Ussher, Associate Professor of Marine and Analytical Chemistry, School of Geography, Earth and Environmental Sciences (tbc)
