These 45 minute sessions will be an oasis where you can learn different ways to quieten the mind and relax the body.
We will explore different breathing techniques, get to grips with progressive muscle relaxation and some basic grounding techniques, including guided visualisation.
The classes will run on Fridays during semester time only.
