Learn where your food comes from (and where you can get it at Plymouth University) at one of our food events today!

Sample some amazing fayre from some of our best local suppliers, followed by a free cream tea. Our local and sustainable suppliers will be there to talk about their products and sourcing, and will be free to answer any questions you may have.

Don't forget to stay for a delicious Devon cream tea.

Some of our suppliers that will be here for you, and bringing samples are:

  • Moby Nicks – fish supplier at our local Plymouth fish market to talk all things fish
  • Gibbins – based in Exeter and ready to talk all things meat
  • Tamar View Fruiterers – based in the Tamar valley to talk through your fruit and veggie issues
  • Vegware – compostable packing suppliers, what is this and how does this work?
  • Tamar Grow Local – a fantastic local company working to support and promote local small to medium sized producers gain access to markets through an online shop. They are launching a food collection point on campus. Come and hear how you can shop from your bedroom and collect from a campus café.
