Save event

This event is for Plymouth University staff only.

PUPSMD is working to obtain Athena Swan Bronze and Silver Awards; a Charter developed to encourage commitment to combating underrepresentation and advancing the careers of women in medical, dental and science higher education and research.

PUPSMD is committed to becoming a place 'where female staff feel valued, appropriately rewarded, appreciated; have the same career prospects and ability to hold positions of influence as their male peers, whilst having the opportunity to provide feedback and be heard.'

An informal initial meeting for women in teaching and research roles will be held to identify ways of supporting female colleagues to develop their potential; to confidentially share views/ideas around career progression barriers and enablers and feeling valued.

Contact Marie Gill if you wish to attend or contribute anything to the meeting.
