Save event

The Institute of Physics (South West Branch) are very excited to be making their return to Plymouth to bring you another day of talks and workshops.

At the Festival of Physics, expect leading scientists and speakers to take you into the weird and wonderful world of physics and its applications.

When the programme is finalised, including the workshop tickets being released, everyone who has registered for the festival by this point will be sent an email so you are given the opportunity to register for workshops.

  • The event is free to attend and open to anyone, although the talks are recommended to those over 12 years of age. Tea and coffee will be provided in breaks.

There are small, limited travel grants available for schools in Cornwall, Devon, Dorset and Somerset who would like to bring groups. Please email Vince Smith (vincent.smith@bristol.ac.uk) for more information.

Visit the Eventbrite webpage* for the latest information and to register your place.
