The Peninsula Medical Foundation (PMF) is an independent charity raising money for the University of Plymouth's Peninsula Schools of Medicine and Dentistry. PMF aims to improve health in Plymouth and the South West peninsula by supporting medical research and health-related education in conjunction with University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust and the University of Plymouth.
The PMF was founded in the 1999 to support medical research, innovation and education across Devon and Cornwall. The Foundation works with individuals, communities, businesses, trusts and foundations, all of whom shares its vision to help improve the healthcare and quality of life for people across the region and beyond.
"The future of the NHS lies – not with politicians – but in the hands of skilled and dedicated medical staff who have received the very highest quality training and support. That is exactly what they get at the Peninsula Schools of Medicine and Dentistry. By supporting the PMF you can help to ensure that it continues to be an outstanding provider of medical excellence." (Angela Rippon CBE and PMF Patron)
The PMF is delighted to issue an invitation to this fantastic fashion show and cream tea event at Boringdon Golf Club, a fundraising event organised by Fiona Williams of Beau Yelverton.
Tickets cost £22.50 each and the price includes a welcome glass of fizz, home-baked scones with strawberry jam, Devon clotted cream and your choice of tea or coffee. Tables of ten are available if you would like to form a table with your friends.
Please email Jo Thurston at admin@peninsulamedicalfoundation.org.uk to purchase tickets or for any queries.
