Today's speaker is Dr Sylvia Terbeck from the School of Psychology.

During this talk will Sylvia will describe the social psychology of gender biases. She will explain the underlying psychological mechanisms, the latest research in this area, and ways to overcome prejudices.

Speaker biography

Dr Sylvia Terbeck is a lecturer in Social Psychology. She has published a significant number of articles on the topic of prejudice and intergroup relations including a book entitled The social neuroscience of intergroup relations. Prejudice, can we cure it?
