DaniMation UK with Plymouth Institute of Education are delighted to return to the University of Plymouth with their Summer Autism-friendly Animation Workshop for students aged 10-22 who are on the autism spectrum. The workshop will teach participants new skills in 2D animation using FlipaClip and ToonBoom Harmony, and focus on collaborative projects.

Join the more than 2,000 students that have attended a life changing DaniMation Summer Camp Programme! Explore the exciting world of animation, writing, storyboarding, voice acting, and so much more!

During the one-week workshop each student develops their own animation from concept to completion. The process starts with a brainstorming activity which is then translated to a storyboard. Once each student finishes their storyboard, they pitch their story to other students and staff, receiving feedback on improving and further developing their own story. Over the course of the next four days, the students work to complete their film which is then included in the showcase and completion presentation on Friday attended by family and friends.

Workshop spaces are limited so enrol now at https://danimationentertainment.uk/product/plymouth-2022 or call 07774 316868 for more information.

  • £395 per student (discounted rate - ends 1 July)
  • £450 per student (standard rate)
