What is Skype for Business?
Skype for Business is part of Office 365 – it is an online communications tool that allows you to work together with instant messaging, audio and video conferencing, online meetings and webinars, and easy sharing with University staff, students and externals.
This session explores how to use it and how it can help you with your University work.
Who should attend this course?
This course is aimed at any members of staff who need to communicate and collaborate with other staff, students and people external to the University.
Prior knowledge of using a PC or Mac is essential to benefit from this course.

By the end of this course, you will be able to setup and host a Skype for Business meeting and manage Skype contacts.
