Plymouth University students are holding a charity Race Night in aid of Brain Tumour Research.

  • Come along to this fun filled experience and place your bet or become an owner of a virtual horse for just £5!
  • Great prizes for winning owners!
  • Eight runners in eight races (runners in the last race to be auctioned on the night).

There is free entry to the SU and you may purchase a virtual horse in advance for £5 to be in with a chance to win a luxury prize. There will be money buckets for donations to Brain Tumour Research and information about the University-supported charity. All donations are gratefully received.

About Brain Tumour Research

Brain Tumour Research funds research at four Centres of Excellence in the UK, including Plymouth University. Scientists at the Plymouth University Peninsula Schools of Medicine and Dentistry are focusing investigations specifically on low-grade brain tumours. Their ground-breaking research is aimed at improving quality of life and survival rates for brain tumour patients, with the ultimate aim of finding a cure.
