The COAST Laboratory would like to invite you to a free to attend seminar with talks to be given by the leading wave energy developers, Carnegie Wave Energy Ltd.

Carnegie Wave Energy Ltd is the ASX-listed inventor, owner and developer of the patented CETO wave energy technology that converts ocean swell into zero-emission renewable power and desalinated freshwater. Carnegie is now emerging as one of the leading wave energy developers in the world, and during April 2016 they will be putting the CETO next generation device into Plymouth University’s COAST Laboratory to carry out scale model testing.

This is your opportunity to hear direct from CEO, Tim Sawyer, and a key member of their team, Ashkan Rafiee, alongside other representatives from the renewables industry.

In addition to these speakers this event will give attendees a chance to hear an overview of the capabilities of the COAST lab facility here at Plymouth University with key academics working in the field.

After these presentations you will have the unique opportunity to be shown around our state-of-the-art COAST Laboratory and see the Carnegie Wave next generation device in action.

If you wish to attend, please email coastlab@plymouth.ac.uk to be added to the attendee list.
