The University's Multi-faith Chaplaincy are hosting a new lecture from Derek Burnside where he will look at the recent films such as Exodus and Noah that use Biblical themes and stories.

Derek has been a member at Belmont Chapel, Exeter since 1986. He serves on the Leadership and Staff Teams; before that he worked for UCCF and before that as an RE teacher in a large comprehensive school. At Belmont his current responsibilities include working on the Programming, Fellowship and 3rd Age teams, as well as contributing regularly to the teaching programme. Derek also serves as a council member with the Keswick Convention and Partnership UK. Derek often joins the Saturday morning cycling group which leaves Belmont at 7.30am.
