An hour long workshop for University of Plymouth students based around managing anxiety.
Facilitated by the Student Wellbeing Services team, our workshop has been developed to give you the tips and tools that can be helpful in helping to relieve and manage anxiety effectively.
We run these sessions weekly, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays on alternating weeks. The Tuesday sessions are run by Angie while Wednesday sessions are facilitated by Rachael.
You can join with or without your camera or audio - there will be no pressure on you to show yourself or speak if you do not want to. There is no call for participation unless you would like to. Any questions can be put to the facilitators through the chat function.
