Artificial Intelligence – making machines capable of performing intelligent tasks like human beings.

This one day FREE Innovative Skills course is available to eligible SMEs in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly through completion of registration.

AI is the most talked-about tech but probably the least understood. Identified as a skills gap in the region, it provides new opportunities and overcomes many of the current challenges faced by businesses and organisations of all sizes. In this workshop, you will be introduced to AI, shown what and how it can be used today, plus learn about what is coming in the future.

Learn how AI can challenge and reveal new opportunities for your business, making faster business decisions and avoid mistakes. AI can use insight to predict customer preferences and offer them better personalised experiences.

The day will be centred on four key themes of data, AI vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP) and bots, and Generative Adversarial Network (GAN). Learn how the engine can power text analytics. Gain an understanding and explanations of the different, commonly used terms such as machine learning, reinforcement learning, and neural networks will also be covered.
