The ADHD Support Group is a small, friendly group that offers support in areas that could be affecting your everyday life at university. Our meetings give you the opportunity to be with students facing similar difficulties to your own.
We have a more formal time where we follow a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) programme, focusing on one main topic at a time, e.g. attention, anxiety, organisation and time management etc. The second part is less structured and we share and explore challenges and successes of the week, helpful tips and advice.
