This month Global Book Club Plymouth are discussing the book by Jason Webster.

Jason's discovery of the Spanish Civil War began when a neighbour showed him an unmarked mass grave in the quiet countryside near his home north of Valencia. In ¡Guerra! he travels through modern Spain, visiting some of the key sites of the war, telling their stories and meeting the people whose lives are still marked by this brutal conflict, decades later.

Join us to discuss this journey into the heart and history of Spain.

The event is free to attend and open to all - no booking required. If you don't have time to read the book, a summary will be available.
