The PRIMaRE conference series is now in its 4th year and provides a forum for presenting and discussing the latest research and development in all areas related to marine renewable energy.
The conference covers a wide range of topics in marine renewable energy, including: technology, policy, environment, hydrodynamics, resource characterisation, materials, operation and management, etc.

PRIMaRE - Partnership for Research in Marine Renewable Energy - is a network of world-class research institutions based in the west, south, and south west of England who undertake research and development to address challenges facing the marine renewable energy industry at the regional, national and international level. These research partners comprise Plymouth University, the University of Exeter, University of Southampton, University of Bristol, University of Bath, Plymouth Marine Laboratory and Plymouth Biological Association. PRIMaRE associated partners are Wave Hub, South West Marine Energy Park. the University of Uppsala, Cardiff University and Cranfield University.
