Duncan Moss works as an Associate Professor in Clinical Psychology at Plymouth University and has been exploring contemplative practices for many years. Karen Howse is an artist (MA Fine Art Falmouth University) interested in the attentive quality of drawing and walking.
Our year-long project called ‘365 Days in Moments’ has been based on a mutual commitment to record glimpses of everyday awareness, through the use of drawings, paintings and photographs.
We hoped to follow the key maxim of contemplative photography (also known as ‘Miksang’ in Tibetan) ‘nothing added - nothing missing’.
