Creating a Storm or Calming the Water - a View from a Chief Scientific Advisor 

Speaker: Professor Ian Boyd, Chief Scientific Advisor, Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.

The Plymouth Marine Science Education Foundation will be hosting the Annual Plymouth Marine Science Lecture in conjunction with the Challenger Conference for Marine Science. 

Professor Boyd's research has focused on the behavioural dynamics of marine predators. He has previously held posts as director of the Scottish Oceans Institute and the Sea Mammal Research Unit at St Andrews University.
