“Behind the flashy websites and official rankings, there are real cities, each with their own character – only by visiting them will you know whether a particular location is right for you.”

Visiting an open day is the best way to get a feel for the campus and location and to see yourself studying at the University of Plymouth.
Our open days are designed to provide you with the best opportunity to see our facilities and student accommodation first hand and to help you to feel confident with your choice of course.
While you’ll have the chance to attend as many subject talks as possible, we recommend that you continue to browse through and research our wide variety of available course options so that you feel more confident about the area of study that you are thinking of committing to.
It’s great if you have a clear idea about the course that you’re thinking about applying for before you attend open days at various institutions...
...but it’s absolutely fine to not be 100% sure at this stage.
It’s a good idea to come to an open day equipped with any questions or queries you may have – our staff and students are best-placed to provide the answers you’re looking for.
