Tuition fees for postgraduate research students 2021-22

Please use the tables below to find your tuition fee if you are new or existing home postgraduate research (PGR) student or if you are a new overseas PGR in 2021-22. Contact the Doctoral College if you are an overseas student in your extension year(s).

PGR programmes include: PhD, MPhil, ResM, MD, DPA, DBA, EdD, EngD and DClinPsy. 

Please note that the MRes is a postgraduate taught programme and attracts a taught tuition fee.

** Students need approval from the Doctoral College Quality Sub-Committee for any period of time over and beyond the normal period of registration for their programme of study.

*** must be paid in full even if submission occurs within 12 months.
