Developing a nature and outdoor learning-rich curriculum
A postgraduate CPD module for school teachers

The course is designed for qualified teachers looking to further their knowledge of how to enrich curricula through the natural world and outdoor learning pedagogy.
Course content includes:
All teaching will take place at a residential weekend with a minimum of two individual follow-up sessions per student during the course.
Practical application of learning and the production of a development plan for a school setting form the main part of the assessment for this course, benefiting both the individual teacher and the school where they are based.
30 Master’s credits are awarded for successful completion of this module, which can be added to other units available at the University of Plymouth to build towards an MA Education.
