“When I started the Sprint programme I had no idea the impact it would have on my personal and professional life. It gave me insight into my motivation, goals and values that I didn’t know I needed! Over 18 months after the programme ended I still practise skills it gave me on a daily basis. I would highly recommend joining this programme!”
